Even after the death of a defamed name as a ‘Don’ Kumar Ghainte Shrestha couldn’t get rid of a new case at the procedural of the court of justice.

Pinky Shrepa, widow of Kumar issued a writ of certiorari against the Kathamndu Metropolitan office and some persons for registering the death information notice by the unknown new arrival chap who claimed to be younger brother of Kumar.

Taking her writ in hearing Judge Durga Dutta Bhatta from the single bench of the appellate court Patan ruled Monday the show cause in the name of the Metropolitan Office Kathmandu.

In the show cause order the Court has asked why not to declare defunct the death information notice registered by the unknown persons and register the new one by the name of Kumar’s widow Pinky.

Pleading the case on behalf of Pinky’s writ petition advocate duo Bhadra Prasad Nepal alias Swagat Nepal and Hari Sharan Jamakatel demanded the security of Pinky’s life. Both of them marked that the background of any one shall not be the cause of ruining of any women’s’ life.

Kumar was defamed as notorious gangster was shot dead in a gun battle at Kapurdhara, Samakhusi in Kathmandu by police squad of the Metropolitan Police Crime Control.
