Sushil Koirala Passes Away!
Feb 9, 2016- Surprisingly being active also at the eleventh hour of his life, Former Prime Minister of Nepal and Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala passed away last night.
Koirala who was suffering from Pneumonia just after enjoying his 77 years of active live in the mid night of 8 Feb he he took the ultimate breath.
Nepal Congress was at the threshold of the Party Conference for the new leadership to be elected. And, Koirala was a strongly expected to file his candidacy as he was quoted on different media.
Just after the demise of Koirala, the informal emergency meeting of Nepali Congress has made it clear that there will be no intra-party election program till the next notice will be published.
Sushil Koirala was ruled Nepal after his election to the post of Prime Minister of Nepal on the date of February 10, 2014. Once upon a time he was jailed in India for accused of plane hijacking case.
He has also his journalist career too as he was the editor of Tarun, a weekly news paper, mouth peace of Nepali Congress. In 2008, He was appointed acting President of the party
